Sending us Emails or letters

 

Why we may not answer your correspondence:

Be certain that you read this!

We are understaffed with only a few hours a day to handle the web site administration, expansion, corrections, equipment maintainance, the magazine, the store operations, the church organization, etc. With thousands of visitors, with over 350 pages to manage, we often do not have the time to deal with every Email, letter, fax  or call that we receive. Even if we stopped upgrading and expanding our web site, we would not have sufficient time available to properly answer all of the requests we receive - and we are sure you do not want up to stop expanding and correcting our websites.

We do read every Email and letter. But we seldom answer any personally.

We strongly encourage you to Email us if you run across any errors, whether related to spelling, punctuation, grammar, accuracy, clarity, balance, or anyathing else you feel is important.

Not being able to answer every Email or letter really depresses us. But we can do it no other way with our limited resources. We recommend that you request a "read receipt" when you send us an Email. That will at least confirm that we have read it.

If you do send us an Email to rodgers@aznewage.com, we promise that we will NOT send you appeals for funds or any other unsolicited Email. We will not pass your Email address on to anyone else. But we will read it

We are asking visitors to our web site who believe in the message that we are disseminating to help us pay for the expense by donating a small amount of money each month via credit card or mail..  The work load involved in keeping everything current -- and writing new ones -- is overwhelming.
